Congraduations to the LAHS Girls Golf team as they took 1st place in the LAHS Invite here in the 22nd. Miranda Olinger finished 2nd overall. The boys finished 7th.
PRO SHOP:
Please make a note that weekend shotguns will be at 9am for the rest of the season with the 1st tee time beginning at 7:30am.
LAGA:
The LAGA is looking for 5 or 6 individuals interested in joining the LAGA Board. These positions are for 2 years. This is a great time to get on the board mainly because of the Golf Course Building. We are presently in the conceptual design phase of the project. If you have an interest in joining the board please contact Ted Ball, his email address is tedball@lanl.gov.
MAINTENENCE:
Parker construction has finished trenching behind #10 and #12 greens. We are now aerifying the fairways on the back nine. We may look at putting in some new bunkers on #4 this fall.
